YouthFACT was ecstatic to return to the stage in 2023 with the light-hearted play Blather, Blarney, and Balderdash, written by Patrick Rainville Dorn.

Irish folk and fairy tales collided when a trio of witty and wise leprechauns, Blather, Blarney and Balderdash, assisted by the wee folk of Ireland, helped tongue-tied shepherd, Fin O’Grady, learn to tell a story in order to win the hand of his one true love, Pegeen. This uplifting comedy combined clever dialogue with humor and featured numerous ‘showcase’ roles so that every child in the cast had a chance to shine.
